TERMS OF SERVICE

Simple Littles

  • We cannot cancel, combine or make any changes to your order once it has been placed. This includes sizing/colour/quantity, shipping address and shipping method. Please double-check everything before you check out!
  •  If you want to pick up your order in through local pick-up in Vancouver, BC, you must select the local-pickup option upon checkout. If you do not select this, your order will be shipped to you. Do not select local pickup unless you are local and can pick up your order - if you use this code but are not local, your order will be cancelled. You will be emailed when you order is ready for pickup.
  • Orders will be packaged and shipped within 1-5 business days of your order being placed. During sales, we receive a higher volume of orders and packaging & shipping times will be longer - approximately 5-10 business days. 

Returns & Exchanges

  • If there is something that is not right about a product that you receive please email us hello@simple-littles.com
  • Please note Simple Littles does not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size, instead a store credit will be issued for the purchase amount (minus postage) in the form of a gift card.

  • To receive a store credit or exchange the following requirements must be met:
  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. 
  2. All items must be in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition with all tags still attached.
  3. Proof of purchase must be supplied along with an order number. 
  • All items purchased on sale (during a promotion, sale event, or with a discount code) are final sale - no returns, exchanges or store credit. No exceptions.

  • We do not offer price adjustments.


How to Do a Return or Exchange

  • Email hello@simple-littles.com if you require a return/exchange.
  • If you are local to Vancouver, BC and wish to drop off your order to us, please email us first and we will arrange a time with you. Please do not come to the studio without emailing us first.
  • If you are not local to Vancouver, BC, please mail the items back to the address below. Make sure proof of purchase along with your order number is supplied with your package. Simple Littles is not responsible for the postage of returns/exhanges.
