Please note Simple Littles does not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size, instead a store credit will be issued for the purchase amount (minus postage) in the form of a gift card. We will also happily exchange for another size or item if we have the desired item in stock, but we are not responsible for the shipping cost of the exchanged item(s).

To receive a store credit or exchange the following requirements must be met:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• All items must be in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition with all tags still attached.
• Proof of purchase must be supplied along with an order number. 

Gift cards - We do not give refunds for gift cards.  

Sale item purchases are final sale - Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless deemed faulty.

Bundle Items - Bundle items are sale items and therefore final sale. Bundle items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless deemed faulty.

Return/Refund Shipping Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not refund postage/shipping costs. We do not pay for return shipping costs.

Return steps 

1. Email us 

Please email us at hello@simple-littles.com to start your return/exchange. If your item is a faulty/ damaged item please include photos with the email. 

2. Pack and send your return 
To return your items please include a printed copy of your return form along with the items in their original condition. 
We suggest using a traceable method and taking note of your tracking number. 

You are responsible for your own return shipping costs and Simple Littles will not be responsible if the package is lost.

3. Product received and inspected 
Once your product has arrived back to us, your item will be checked over within 2-5 business days of receiving the item. Once the item has been cleared the refund will be processed in the form of store credit (gift card). For exchanges, our team will contact you to organize the exchange. 

You will be emailed a confirmation email once your refund onto gift card/ exchange is complete.
